How do I purchase your games?
Our products are shareware. This means that we allow you to download our products for free so that you can try them out. If you enjoy the evaluation versions of our games, you can come to our website and click the "Buy Now" button to get the full version. After you make your purchase, an email will be sent to you with the full version registration key for your program (and a link to the full version if applicable). It is a very simple process and you can be using your full version software in a matter of minutes. If you need any assistance please send us an email using the support contact link above.

Your system does not have the Visual Basic Runtime Files installed. You can download them from this link .

Will Super Gem Miner run on Windows Vista? I downloaded the demo/purchased the full version and it isn't running correctly.
We have experienced problems running Super Gem Miner on Windows Vista and until we fix the problems we recommend not trying/buying Super Gem Miner.
Super Gem Miner is running really slow. I meet the minimum system requirements and have a recent version of DirectX installed. What is the deal?
You may be running your desktop in 24-bit color mode. Super Gem Miner runs best when in 16-bit color mode.
Common Technical Issues
Most video display problems can be corrected by installing the latest reference drivers for your particular video card. Please consult your video card documentation for details on how to get the latest drivers for your card.
Most sound card problems can be corrected by installing the latest drivers for your particular card. Please consult your sound card documentation for details on how to get the latest drivers for your card.
Before installing the game, please do the following:
- Close all other applications.
- Verify that your system meets the minimum system requirements.
If you have tried the above options and are still experiencing problems you may need to install the latest DirectX drivers if the particular game requires DirectX (see the system requirements on the product pages).
Important Information Regarding Your Game And DirectX
Some of our products require DirectX (a programming library created by Microsoft for multimedia applications). If your version of DirectX is not up-to-date, you may experience slow game play, sound anomalies and display issues. If you are experiencing any of these issues (even if other games seem to work fine), you more than likely need to upgrade you version of DirectX.
Microsoft freely distributes DirectX to both application developers and end users.

NOTE: Win95 users must download DirectX 8.0a instead of the newest drivers. Anything higher than 8.0a will not work on Windows 95 machines.
